I need to cancel my koodo subscriptions as i found better deal with other telus subsidiary. What is the best way? Through assist chat i have request to callback. But they direct me to koodo community imstead.

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? 

Typically, you don’t have to cancel service with Koodo if you want to keep the current number. All you have to do is to port the number with your new service provider. It will automatically cancel your Koodo subscription.

Yes i succesfully port the number to new provider. Its within telus sister subsidiary.

Hi,

Can you clarify what you mean by subscriptions, do you mean stream+ and koodo internet? Or are you referring to prepaid and postpaid as dinh had mentioned.

If stream+, this can be cancelled in your koodo self serve under "Manage subscriptions". More can be found in the article.

For koodo Internet, normally you would have to schedule a callback through koodo assist under "internet" and type in cancellation. From there you will be prompted to call the internet team who can cancel the subscription and walk you through the return process. If that does not work we can have someone here further assist.
