Hi,

I was helping my mother buy a new phone on Koodo, like what I saw and came home and ordered a SIM card for myself to switch.  It wasn’t until I created my login on Self Serve that I noticed the Refer a Friend Program.  Can my mother and I still get in on this?  I have not received my SIM yet and changed my phone over.

Sorry to hear you missed that.

I am afraid that, if steps weren’t followed as in the Refer a friend article  https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/refer-friend?search_api_views_article_search_fulltext=refer , the referal credit won’t apply.

For further questions about the process, you can contact the referral team using the “Contact Us’ option in the link above.

If you have friends you would like to invite and take advantage of our refer a friend prorgram, please send them the referral before they activate.


Unfortunately, You would need to cancel and then follow the refer a friend process.
