I want to pay off my tab but I’d like to be able to pay it in multiple payments. Is that possible or do I have to pay it in full?

The tab balance can be paid only in full, or monthly (as you currently do). It is not possible to pay it in multiple payments.
If you plan on renewing your phone before the end of the current agreement, please also take into account the tab bonus, which would be charged in case of new upgrade. More about the tab bonus can be found here
The current tab balance and tab bonus can be viewed under the Koodo tab page, in self serve.
