Hi there I’m not receiving any calls but I can call from my devices  please help me find the way in which I can receive calls

Since you mentioned you can call out but not receive calls, here's something different to try:

Check if your network type is stuck on LTE. A few users found that switching from LTE to 3G temporarily fixed incoming calls. Here's how:

Swipe down to open your quick settings, then press and hold the mobile data icon. Look for "Preferred network type" and switch it to 3G instead of LTE. Test if calls come through now.

If that works, it points to a network compatibility issue on Koodo's side rather than your phone settings. You can just switch back once confirmed.

Also, just to confirm; did you recently port your number to Koodo (which Goran asked about)? If yes, there can sometimes be routing delays. Give it 24-48 hours and try again.

If neither of these helps, let me know what phone you're using and whether you moved to Koodo recently; that'll help narrow things down further.

Hi ​@Kulwant 0627, we can see the port in was completed successfully and there are no provisioning errors, your line appears to be fully active. Are you still having issues with incoming calls?
