I just came to Koodo and looking to get resolved my request of charging the caller ID to something like nickname . Is there anyone that can answer to my question or can help me to resolve that issue? It’s very important for me to replace the official registration name with my Nick name.

The caller display feature only shows the name of the registered owner. Unfortunately, there is no other way to change it at this time. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/call-display
