Call Hong Kong from Canada using mobile, I can hear their voice, but they cannot hear me.
Is that related to Telus ? Since I have other mobile brand also powered by Telus, and have same issue.
Anyone experience long distance issue like this? Please advise, thanks.

Did it work in the past for the same number? have you tested with another HK number to see if that issue follows?
As well, it is rare but can you check if the “mute” button on the dial pad is engaged?
