Unfortunaetly you cannot schedule a callback through the forums here. Since you said that it’s a legal matter, I assume you’ll just want to speak with a rep directly. So you’ll have to go here: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help

I need to speak to a rep but I don’t have a Koodo number at this time. Can I get the call back on a different number than Koodo? The chatbot isn’t allowing me to do it.

You could get a call back to a different Canadian number. Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? As well, what was the question that you need help with? You can ask here as well
