I am signed up for device care complete for a phone on my account its a galaxy flip 6 phone and the screen is cracked,I didnt drop it and have a full protection case but the crack was from opening and closing the phone and I tried to start a claim but I cant without my imei # and I cant get it because my screen is not working because if the crack.Is there a way to get this number another way.

If you still have the box of the phone, you could find the IMEI somewhere on the box.
Another way to find the IMEI is the service agreement (if you bought the phone from Koodo). https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-customer-service-agreements-csa?Download the PDF and go to the page 7 (or 8) to find the information about the device when you upgraded.
