Assistance with customer support

Is there any way to call customer support directly? Communicating on the chat is difficult and I had requested a call back today and didn’t get the call. This is not customer service friendly having to set up call backs via a chat and then not getting the calls as expected.

What happened that you didn’t get the call back? Did you receive text confirmation about your upcoming call?

Seems like even those who get callbacks are having issues. I was transferred twice on the first call and then it dropped before reaching the right department. 
The chat bot then scheduled me another callback and had the wrong department call me. Been on hold over 30 minutes and probably going to be dropped again

What department are you trying to reach? Several transfers in a row seems unusually much, and does increase the chances of a call drop. Let us know if this time you were able to get assistance.

Goran- I was an hour and 30 minutes into the second call and the call dropped/was disconnected again. By that point I had been talking to the Koodo internet rep for a little while and they had already collected my callback info. No callback though. Same with the first time though I was on hold when the first call disconnected.

When I reached someone last night at around 8:40 -8:45 by the second callback, they told me that they were having a lot of issues with their system directing calls to the wrong departments

What a series of unfortunate events. Did that second time get you to the correct department at least?
