According to Telus’s update schedule (which should be fairly close if not exactly the same as Koodo’s) it’s coming Nov 19th.

When software updates come out the carrier then needs to perform internal network testing and get regulatory approvals before passing on the update to customers so it take a a few weeks for that to happen first.
