Added a new line which is a transfer from Public Mobile to Koodo but so far no service and did not get eSim QR Code

Hi,

I am not sure whether the eSIM currently installed on my phone is valid or not. I attempted an eSIM recovery, but since the device has no service, I am unable to receive any messages.

Could you please clarify how the eSIM recovery process is supposed to work in this situation, given that there is no active service on the device?

Thank you for your help.

What I tried so far:
- restarting the phone
- powering off the phone for 15 min and starting it again
- recovering the eSim

Ok, we’ve sent an email to the email address on the account with instructions on how to download the eSIM to your device. Please let us know if it works!

Hi ​@Samaursa, welcome to Koodo! We can see the eSIM status for the line ending in *18 is still pending. What phone model are you using - is it an iPhone or an Android device?
