So i ordered an esim yesterday was charged for it on my card but never received an email confirmation or anything and have no service

Hi there,
Have you checked your spam/junk folder? As a lot of Koodo emails can end up there.
In addition, you can check the status of your order or ask about the email confirmation by sending an email to the webstore at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com.
If it doesn’t happen to be in your spam/junk folder it maybe because the order was placed on a statutory holiday and not a business day. It usually takes a few business days for an order to be processed, but the webstore should get you the info you need.
