Hello. I was signing up for a plan with Koodo but the call cut and I was unable to complete it. The agent called back and asked me and I said to cancel the plan completely as I need to shop for a new phone too. He said he would cancel the account without issue and call me back when he had time to shop phones with me, However I see now that there is a number active and a SIM card shipped. Can you please cancel this account
