Koodo called me back today. My account is under my name “Anthony” however my legal name for work is “Tony”. I asked to change my account name to Tony because I want people to know it is me calling. The person on the other end said I have to provide a legal document showing I have changed my name from Anthony to Tony. Are you serious? Do I really have to take my phone number to another provider who gets that Anthony and Tony are the same person?
