Months ago I left Canada and put my plan on a seasonal hold, I log into pay my bill and it shows me account cancelled? Not sure why, I haven’t received any emails about this.
I cannot use the expert messaging because it needs you to login to speak to a real human and it won’t log in with a cancelled account. I have messaged multiple times on twitter and Facebook and no response. I cannot call any numbers because I am abroad using a e-sim for data and have no actual phone call services.
Please help! I desperately need my canadian number back once I return to canada.
