QUESTION: Why is my number, which is not with Koodo since Dec. 27th, 2025 still listed in account for monthly charges?

Situation:   On my account were two phone lines/numbers, since 2024.

On Dec. 27th, 2025 I switch one of my phone line to another service provider - due to Koodo raised charges for service, almost 20%, after +year of service, even thou an agent explicitly promised to never raise the charges at the time of signing my two lines with Koodo. in 2024.

In November-December talks/texts with Koodo --» Koodo was not willing to match or just to negotiate the better deal, which I got with another provider.

Second line will go from Koodo to another provider also.

Did you cancel your service near your billing date? If so, the bill might have been generated before the cancellation went through, so it wouldn't reflect the change yet.

If that is the case, have you received the cancellation email yet? 

If possible, can you post a snapshot of the page 3 and 4 of the PDF bill - where it showed the charge of the canceled number?

I have paid for my phone about 1.yr ago but I a getting charged for two extra tablets which I was sent but never requested and I have never used those tablets but it seems I am getting charged for them.  I have phoned koodo regarding this about three or four times in the past  wanting them to take off my bill but nothing g has been done.  Now I received a letter saying that I owe 383.30 for.  I refuse to pay as I never asked for these tablets and I have never erased used them.  I have one tablets let which I use since I joined koodo but this is not one of the two extra tablets sent me also my phone was paid off about 1 yr ago.  So I should not have anything on my bill.  Plus fix this mess as I am not going to pay money that I don't owe and they are going to send to collections.  Please fix this mess and answer me back asap

@Sheilaciarniello you may want to start your own post.  And you can you provide addition details like when did you randomly get 2 new tablets out of the blue?

I would also suggest you login to your self serve and download your detailed pdf ebill over that period of time to see when the new charges started.
