I’m trying to call a landline number in Hungary. Every time they answer the phone, we can only talk for 1-2 seconds, then the call gets interrupted with usually a 1B1 or sometimes a 1H1 message.
My account is in good standing and I was able to call the same number up until a few weeks ago without problems, but lately this 1B1/1H1 disconnection happens for every single call.
Can someone please help forwarding this to the right technical team at Koodo / Telus?
