Bought a new Samsung $1,200 phone. Had issues from the start. Went into store to return/exchange after 28 days having the phone. Was told only 14 day Warranty and that could send out for repair. Called Koodo and was told the same. It's a LEMON why would I want a new phone repaired. Koodo has lost a valued customer. Bye bye Koodo, your customer service is pathetic.

I'll flag a Rep to assist you since there should be a record confirming you called to ask to speak with a rep about this. 28 days is of course within 30 days.


Did you buy it online or from a store?

If it's from a store, then they have a 15-day return policy.

You mentioned that the new phone had issues from the start.  Have you contact them about it as soon as you noticed?
