You can order a replacement Koodo SIM if you already have a Koodo postpaid account and have lost or damaged your existing SIM card.
We are still in the process of adding this feature to our website, in the meantime, you can complete your purchase on TELUS.com
Note: Your Koodo SIM will be shipped in an estimated 3-5 business days by letter mail without tracking. If you’d like to get your SIM sooner, please visit a Koodo store during business hours. Once you receive your SIM, please log in to your Koodo account to transfer your phone number onto the new SIM.
