We know that keeping in touch with friends and family is important. That’s why we wanted to make sure our customers have an easy way of checking the status of our network.
Seeing as though we’re on the same network, our friends over at TELUS told us we could use their new and improved TELUS Service Status site, at telus.com/status. It’s the quickest way to get up-to-date information about planned maintenance outages, unexpected incidents and even gives you the ability to report outages that may occur.
By searching the address in question, you will be advised of:
- Nearby outages,
- If any actions should be taken; and,
- Where you can go for further information and support.
Additionally, a recent enhancement to the tool enables you to sign up for email or text message notifications for real-time alerts on resolution progress.
