It’s VERY VERY frustrating when you need to contact Koodo because your phone has 0 data and you aren’t near a computer or a friend with data/wifi access and you need to contact Koodo for support.  Robo-chat and requesting a call-back shouldn’t be the ONLY way to contact Koodo when you need assistance.

YOU NEED A PHONE NUMBER FOR US TO CONTACT YOU ON!!!!  PERIOD.  NO EXCUSES! 

 

Although it may not ideal for everyone, you are able to use Koodo’s website still even with 0 data remaining.
I know it’s been a few days since you posted this but is there anything we can help you out with here or flag a rep to help you out with?


It's not about 0 data, its about data not working and no WiFi available like when I was in the US and so I needed a number to call and couldn't. They are part of Telus so they can afford to have incoming calls. It's corporate greed and nothing more!
