what is the smallest plan. My self serve monthly plan only shows me larger plans.

I’m trying to figure out how to change my monthly plan to the least and smallest plan, but my self-serve account only offers larger more expensive plans. And I believe this to be the worst cellular company on the planet and that setting a very low bar.

It would be useful if you can tell the people here more about your current plan. How much are you paying and if you had a phone from Koodo or not?

Dihn, I made it clear I wanted the smallest plan. Also made it clear I have a monthly plan. Since this thread is on the Koodo site it is self explanatory that I am not reference some other cellular company. What don’t you get?

Whoa, could you be a little nicer to a volunteer please? The smallest plan is $15. You could easily look that up on Koodo’s website. To get it you need to schedule a callback if you have an existing plan.

Thanku, thanku!!

That plan is not available on my iphone when in self serve, only more expensive plans

When traveling out of country Koodo’s system charges you a daily of $15 whether you have data turned off and don’t use texts. It even charges you near borders. Then they don’t interact with you except on a scheduled call back where you don’t have phone service and they won’t call on any common platform like WhatsApp, FaceTime, FB or any other platform making it extremely difficult to avoid their $15 per day charge. It’s a never ending game of how to extort every penny possible from your customers while providing the least amout of labor or expense.
So…… now I must put Koodo’s simm back in, pay their $15 all while waiting for them to call me probably charging me international calling rates. Gr8 company……NOT…..

It’s probably cheaper for you to contact them through Facebook or Twitter DM. I’m not even sure if the call back works when you’re abroad.

I am asking the question because if you had a phone from Koodo, you can't change to $15 at all. Did you read anywhere that I ask you if you are a Koodo customer?

Anyway, it seems you found a way to chat to them. Good luck
