Please bring back the Koodo Mobile app.

Paying bills was much easier with the mobile app. 8/10 times when I try to pay through the website with Self Serve, the dashboard won’t load my balance, or if it does, it just gives a 500 error trying to proceed to the payment dialogue. Most recently today, I got a text saying I owed a certain amount, then on the dashboard it said I owed half that. After paying that amount it’s showing no balance, even though the text I received suggests I should still owe for another month’s payment.

FWIW, I still do owe money I think from last month because after several attempts to pay and not being able to through Self Serve, I probably forgot to try again for the nth time.

It’s disappointing that the app is gone, as I never had issues with it compared to this site. It should be much easier to pay for your services (yes I know pre-auth is an option, but not everyone is comfortable with that).

Thanks for your consideration.

Don't trust the app would resolve all of your problems with self-serve. If their system back end had issue, the app would run into the same thing.

Anyway, Koodo hasn't officially announced anything relating any app. So, I recommend you use the webbrowser shortcut to the phone screen to Koodo self-serve. As well, try to use the inconito mode (invisible) of the web browser, it might help.

If Telus bring back Koodo Mobile app back that would be perfect, because every time I try to manager my account is not easy. Specially I don’t have a computer at home.

I didn’t see any updated news about a new Mobile app. I assume you have a web browser on your phone?
