The function to download old bills in .pdf format does not work. I’ve tried multiple browsers, multiple unzip apps and even tried one at a time. Can’t say I’m super surprised by this given that KVA is still a thing despite being a terrible service. Anyone have the same issue?

+4I tried to download an old pdf bill and self-serve download a bill with an extension like *******.pdf.json I think there was indeed a glitch with pdf downloading process.
