Just signed up for Koodos for 3 lines, only 1 shows up on the account

I just signed up for Koodos yesterday for 3 lines. On the account, only 1 line shows up. 2 phones work and 1 of them doesn’t.

 

Can anyone help?

Sorry this got missed, were you able to get this sorted out?

 

If not, did you happen to accidentally make 3 separate accounts rather than making one, waiting for the self serve registration email and then adding the other 2 as additional lines?
