Get a help line phone number and actually don’t hang up on customers. Happens all the time I finally get you folks to call me back.

Your mobile app is the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of using.. Your chat windows magnify on their own everytime you you post a question to the bots. That is incredibly useless. 

And for the 7th time, I need a call back and don’t give me that crappy excuse you don’t have my phone number.

How did you request the call back? Was your nunber active? 

 


My data was broken but the phone worked.  Couldn’t get in contact with Koodo because there was no number I could call. I had to use Robo-Chat and request a call back but couldn’t because the data wasn’t working on my phone and I had no access to a computer/wifi at the time.  Complete BS that you can’t even call this company for support!


True. I have been continously trying to get in touch with Koodo rep from past couple of days. I was directed to request via Koodo Assist. When I tried requesting call back, it is saying 'too busy' and ending the chat, again and again.

This is harassment to the customer and is Not acceptable. 


I have not even be able to register for self serve. It’s silly how that am unable to reach customer service through the phone easily. 
I may reconsider


Have not been able to reach someone since Friday. Extremely frustrating and fruitless.

Koodo needs to rethink their entire customer support goals. Don’t know what profit equations they’re using to justify their current service options but generally it costs less to keep current customers happy / retain them then to acquire new customers.
