I have a manager call back “scheduled” for the next 24-72 hours from Koodo, and if my pre-owned phone with a motherboard issue. If this isn’t resolved by the end of that call (if they actually call and talk to me) I’ll be either looking for the already going lawsuit or I’ll be hiring an attorney to start one myself because it’ll cost the same $1500 as canceling will anyway… I’ll write back if they don’t fix the issue to my satisfaction. I’ve been dealing with a wifi toggle issue for about 3 weeks now and been given the run around. I’m done with their games.
