I just wants to mention, that if you have charges for a third party vendor on your bill, are charges that are no from Koodo, are some premium text messages , or are some web sites you visit and by accident you make the suscribtion.
If you call Koodo they will no be able to remove charges or apply credit, if you are looking to cancel suscribtion or get the credit or remove charges, you can follow this steps:
FIRST you need to send a text to a short code number 5415 with the word STOP, you will recieve a notification saying suscription was cancel, you will have the name for the company and you can call them to get refund.
SECOND if on the notification for cancelation you didnt get any number or name for the company, you can contact Koodo, and ask if they can contact that company to get credit, if you ask koodo to apply credit they will no apply it, because is no a koodo service, though charges was reflected on koodo bill.
THIRD once they contact company to get credit for you, or you can them directly, you need to wait until you next bill to check credit, if you ask for get credit inmmediately will be no possible, bill with charges was already generated.
