Charges for third party vendor for $4.99 or $14.99 ..................... number 5415

Hi everyone 

I just wants to mention, that if you have charges for a third party vendor on your bill, are charges that are no from Koodo,  are some premium text messages , or are some web sites you visit and by accident you make the suscribtion. 

If you call Koodo they will no be able to remove charges or apply credit, if you are looking to cancel suscribtion or get the credit or remove charges, you can follow this steps:

 FIRST you need to send a text to a short code number 5415 with the word STOP, you will recieve a notification saying suscription was cancel, you will have the name for the company and you can call them to get refund. 

SECOND if on the notification for cancelation you didnt get any number or name for the company, you can contact Koodo, and ask if they can contact that company to get credit, if you ask koodo to apply credit they will no apply it, because is no a koodo service,  though charges was reflected on koodo bill. 

THIRD once they contact company to get credit for you, or you can them directly, you need to wait until you next bill to check credit, if you ask for get credit inmmediately will be no possible, bill with charges was already generated.

I leave you the idea so you don't get stressed calling koodo, and it's easier for everyone

I specifically don’t have any in app payment method on my phone so this doesn’t happen.  
 

however now this loop pool!  I searched my messages for 5415 as suggested and there’s nothing.  I couldn’t even find what app this was coming from.

 

needless I just deleted all games from my phone so that this doesn’t happen again!

 

however as I have no idea which app started this and I can’t stop it cause there’s no 5415 message, should I just cancel my phoneline with Koodo.

 

koodo you need to not allow this.  or at least have the name of the company and information.  
 

As far as I’m concerned here fall under automatic renewals which I believe is illegal in Canada?

“It’s important to remember, Koodo is only facilitating the purchase. We can tell you where the charges are from and even explain how to stop them. However, you will need to contact the vendor directly to dispute the charges. If you’re not sure who the vendor is, ask us here and we will let you know”.

Can you post a screenshot of the third-party charge on your bill?

Please block out any information that identifies you personally as this is a public forum.
