Bring over the support ticket system from Public Mobile

Only having the option to request a call back sucks...

It actually make me prefer the customer service system over at Public Mobile, where you submit a ticket with the chat bot, or by private messaging reps directly. Then you followup with reps through private message. No having to wait for a call, no time coordination for both parties needed.

Since the system exists and is already in use at Public, it shouldn’t be too hard to bring it over to Koodo, right…? This would be a good compromise to not having real time chat reps, please consider it.

You actually could do that by messaging Koodo rep via Facebook message.

Publicmobile is prepaid. They don't even require credit check and actual home address. It is much easier for rep to deal with anyway.
