Only having the option to request a call back sucks...
It actually make me prefer the customer service system over at Public Mobile, where you submit a ticket with the chat bot, or by private messaging reps directly. Then you followup with reps through private message. No having to wait for a call, no time coordination for both parties needed.
Since the system exists and is already in use at Public, it shouldn’t be too hard to bring it over to Koodo, right…? This would be a good compromise to not having real time chat reps, please consider it.
