SD Card and ear buds

Not with Koodo, no, only their parent company Telus offers accessory financing at the moment.

You can get SD cards typically significantly cheaper off of amazon(to the point where there's no point in a payment plan for them) or good sales days in physical stores otherwise. I havent looked at every earbuds they offer online, but the Samsung buds 2 pro  are 50 dollars cheaper atm direct from Samsung Canada and same regular price and they have payment plans if that's what you're looking for.
