east roam in cuba

I’m having a hard time because my easy roam isn’t working in cuba. I have no service and no data obviously. I’ve used it in every country I’ve traveled to in Europe but can’t in cuba. Does koodo easy roam not work in cuba?

I recalled they offered easyroam in Cuba. Have you tried to reset network settings of the phone? Also are you staying in an area that had cellular coverage? You could also try to manually search for network in the phone settings.
