I need to claim part of my mobile phone charges as a work expense. However, I am required to provide proof of payment - not just the bill.
I would like Koodo to provide an option for an automatic receipt to be generated once my bill is payed. If you can take my money automatically, and bill me automatically - these seems like it should be a reasonable request!

It is a nice idea to consider, but this can be resolved in other ways. You can attach your credit card statement along with your bill to demonstrate proof of payment to the employer. That should do the trick.
+4Hey there! I know this isn’t exactly what you’re looking for but you should also be able to see a list of payments Koodo received within Self Serve.
Self Serve → Billing → Account history (View)
Hopefully, this or Milkyway’s option should be enough for your employer :)
