Your Stream+ promotional discount has been extended - Charged full price

Hello,

I received an email from Koodo confirming that my $13/month promotional discount was automatically extended for 3 months, with the new end date of March 28, 2026, and that no action was required on my part.

However, I noticed that on my most recent bill I was charged the full price and the discount was not applied.

Here’s the email in full:

Thank you for being a valued Koodo customer. As a token of our appreciation for your loyalty, we're pleased to let you know that your current promotional discount has been automatically extended.
No action is required on your part.
Your promotional discount of $13 off per month will continue for 3 months, and your new promotional period now runs until March 28, 2026, provided the eligibility requirements continue to be met. This extension has been applied automatically to your account, so you can simply continue enjoying all your favourite content from Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime, conveniently bundled together with Stream+.
