Wrong Bill

Hi,
My phone bill is issued incorrectly, I paid January's Bill a few days late (in 2th March) for 49.65 $, but now I got the sum of both bills for January & February for 99.34 $ 😐 !!!
What’s the problem ?

Hi ​@Saman Ch, the bill was issued before the payment was registered on your account. The bill will not be re-issued but if you check the ‘Pay now’ section in your self serve you should see the updated total reflecting the payment.

Thanks for your reply, to be honest I’m afraid I'll pay the new bill and get the wrong bill next time again.

You can check your self serve account to see what the most up to date owed balance is. As long as you make sure to pay that before the next bill is generated, you’ll be okay.
