will it affect my current plan if I deactivate and then reactivate my data plan?

I am planning to go travel for two or three months, and I will not use koodo mobile plan for that period of time so I want to temporarily deactivate it. But I also want to keep the current plan and all the adds-on I have and continue use this plan after I done my travelling. I am worried if I deactivated my plan, I will not be able to keep my current data plan, which is really great for me. What should I do?

You would be correct,

Seasonal hold is considered a plan change so if you do that, you’ll have to choose an in market plan when you get back.

There's no options really to keep your plan unless you pay as if you were using it 😢

If you care about the plan you have, you unfortunately are better off just paying as per normal. Especially for a shorter time period like that. If you were close to Black Friday/Boxing Day deals on return, it might be worth it then. Unless the timing works out, better to hold onto it.
