i Haven’t got a answer to why i’ve been charged for wifi calling

This is a customer forum, we can't see the details of your bill, but wifi calling is not free calling. It still uses your monthly minutes for calls, and calls to numbers outside of Canada will still be charged the usual long distance rate.

    @chadr Please take a look at your detailed invoice. Any calls made to other countries, even if wi-fi calling used, count as long distance.  Your invoice should show the calls you are referencing line by line. I hope this helps.
