why was I charged 1.5 months for 2 weeks with koodo?

I just started with koodo 2 weeks ago. They charged me for 1.5 months!!!!

I  going back to public mobile because they are cheaper. But I have lost 1.5 months of money to koodo!! When should I switch so I lose as little as possible?

If it was your first bill, then it's normal.

First bill including partial charge from the day you sign up to end of your billing cycle , plus 1 month in advance.
