In these forums there are HUNDREDS of the same types of complaints and confusion about Easy Roam. People unknowingly trigger it and then pay $14 or $16 for a single text or for unknowingly roaming onto US data.
why can’t there be a pop-up notification that asks you: sending this text/dialing this number etc will trigger your $16 Easy Roam. Do you accept? yes/no
The current model is nothing more than a cash grab that only pisses off your existing customers.
