why is my tab being overcharged?

I changed from prepaid to postpaid over the phone and added a CPO iPhone 14 as well, since it was only 6$ a month. I repeatedly confirmed the price of the tab with the representative, even after the credit check, so that it would remain 6$. now, after setting up my self-serve account, it shows the tab of 10$ per month instead. What should I do?

I'll flag a rep - you’ve got a legit case here. Since you confirmed the $6/month price with the rep multiple times, ask them to adjust it back. You’re typically within the adjustment window (usually 14 days for Tab Basic), and they should honor what was promised over the phone. Hopefully, there are note from your call.

Which tier of device did you end up ordering? As the "Good" tier is the advertised $6 per month on a happy tab.

Was this the device you received / what is being reflected in self serve? Or is it a higher tier of CPO?

We have looked into it and based on the agreement, we can see there is a $10 for tab.

Can you please let us know what price you were quoted by the sales rep?

Did you get the agreement right after the activation?
