When you check your pdf bill through your self serve, is the plan the only thing that increased or is there any other additional charges?

If it is just the plan and nothing else, when you check the last page of the PDF bill before the plan increased it will have a notice of the price change. You should check and see if you can change your plan in self serve to something cheaper. I'll leave two links: 1. To download your bill and 2. To change your plan
