why is my bill 11.99 more every month

Likely 911 fees and some tab. Can we see page 3 of your bill with personal info blanked?

Can you post a screenshot of the charges on your PDF EBill without personal info?

@Pinkmoose It looks like the line ending with 23 has subscribed a third party service well over a year ago.  There is an $11.99 application charge on your bill every month for this.  We don’t have visibility inot what this service is, only customer can look into it by going to, in your case, to Boku:

Should be able to enter your number, change the country to Canada and see what the purchase was for.
