Why is it so hard to cancel my subscription????

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for the past week and I’ve been on hold for hours. Now I’ve gotten charged for the next month and I’m still not able to cancel the subscription??!? 
 

can anyone help with this. I’ve not been able to talk to a representative or anything because when I cal no one is available. This is so stressful and disappointing.
