I was buy a Galaxy S22 128GB Purple at Mobile Klink on Black Friday.

My plan is $34 20GB UL Can Min SFD (4G Speed) plan.

So, I can get a free phone.

but I'm every month $4 payment for my phone.

I asked her several times, and she said you don't have to pay anything for your phone.

Why I paid?

What does it say on your contract that you signed?

Does it say there was a tab payment?

If you dont have your paper contract you can login to your self serve and download your contract

I don’t know and I can’t find that content.

Do you not have the paper contract you signed?

In self serve you can find it under My Profile > Mobility > View Service Agreements >Download

What are you need it?

It’s to confirm that the contract says 0 dollars upfront, 0 dollars tab. It’s possible you misunderstood that not paying upfront meant totally free.

do yuo need a first page?

This contract shows you have a $4 tab that you agreed to

Yeah, I see.

she said me, This phone is no cost. (not perpectly. said something similar.)

Why payments.

that is different?

There is $0 upfront costs.

I dont know who said what.  There could have been a misunderstanding or mis-wording.

But the contract is clear that the phone costs $499.  $403 is on Tab bonus (this means you dont have to pay as long as you dont leave your tab for 24 months.  And $96 is the Tab amount that is paid at $4 per month over 24 months.

Also since you said you made this purchase during Black Friday, the 15 days return period has past, so you are not going to be able to reverse this

okay Thank you
