Hi there
We have looked into your account, and the charges are normal as you have used up all your minutes before the rate plan change.. You had a 300-Min plan. You also have other charges before that day if you check.. The good news is that you won’t see any of these charges again, since you now have a Canada-wide unlimited plan.
