That was weird, could you download your PDF bill and check the page 3 of it to see the detail breakdown?

The breakdown on page 3 says HST $3.77, which I am surprised to see. There was no mention of this prior.

Well that's just the taxes....that's normal for anything you purchase in Canada. Your plan cost is $29 + a 911 fee multiplied by your provinces tax rate. Your taxes are not included in the plans cost.
