Why billed me a full payment / customer service phone line does not answer

My phone has a conflict with Koodo’s sim card hence I switched to other company on March 6th. 

Koodo charges me $29 plus tax on March 22. Why charged a full payment? How about next month?  

Secondly, I called 1866 995 6636 and 1833 665 6636 no one answered my phone.

Hey, sorry this got missed.

When you get your first bill, you get charged a prorated amount for the first few days, along with the next months plan charge paid in advance.
