I just signed up last month. My first and subsequent bill have a charge for PST. I live in Calgary and have a 587 area code. Why am I being charged this and how do I get this removed?

We have checked and one of the temporary numbers assigned when you signed up has a BC area code. The change to the number you brought over was after the first bill date.
Starting with the second bill, the taxes will apply based on the area code of the numbers you ported over.
