I had set up a payment arrangement for my bill. I just logged into my account and seen my balance, and the notice of having to pay my bill by October 4th or else disconnection. I can't find anything on my account about the arrangement. I received an email after I completed it, explaining the details of the arrangement and there were no other emails stating that my arrangements had been denied. Will the disconnect warning continue to show if arrangement has been made?

If you received the email then the payment agreement was confirmed with Koodo. Make sure you make payment on time. They suggest you use credit to pay as it would show up instantly.
