Hello. I recently got a new phone and a new plan. I was told I’d get $10 off my monthly bill if I signed up for pre-authorized payments throughfrom bank account. I did that. My next bill DOES NOT include the $10 discount. How do I get this discount? Thank you.

When will i get my 10 dollar discount on my bill I paid full price for the last month and I received an email from Koodoo stating that I had the prepaid account activated. thank you

We have looked into it and we can see that the pre-authorized bank payments have been set up after the bill date, and the discount wasn’t applied on this bill. The discount will be applied on the next bill if the pre-authorized bank payments remain active.
