what do I ask Koodo assistant to connect with a rep for a billing error?

There is an error on my latest bill that I need corrected.

If you are referring to the roaming charge, we have just looked into it and applied a credit for it since it was due to accidental roaming. Feel free to check the updated amount due in self serve.

I have checked my bill in self serve daily for five days and there has been no change to the amount.

They don't issue new bill. The existing bill remains the same.

Koodo typically give you credit in your account. I recommend you check the acct history to see if anything is posted there.
